THE winners of the Network Ireland West Cork Businesswoman of the Year awards have been announced.

The annual luncheon was hosted in the Inchydoney Lodge & Spa West Cork last Friday.

Speaking about the awards, Sandra Maybury, President of Network Ireland West Cork said: “The Network Ireland West Cork Businesswoman of Year awards are one of the highlights of my year as president.

"Women in business from all over West Cork, both self-employed and employees, have shared their stories by entering, and we are delighted with the entry levels.

"Six branch winners have been announced at our awards lunch, and it's fantastic to see each of our branch winners progress to the next round - as they will represent West Cork at the National Network Ireland Businesswoman of the Year Awards, which will be held in Kilkenny in September 2024.

"Our judges had a busy few weeks reviewing all entries. The stories shared by our winners, and entrants, are those of success, agility, resilience and a unique sense of grounded business savvy - I am uber-impressed with the calibre of our business leaders in West Cork. It's an honour to celebrate with them today and every other day."
