Two goals from Marcus Rashford either side of the break and a third from Jadon Sancho saw Manchester United to a comfortable victory over Leicester City at Old Trafford.

Tottenham scored twice in the second half to see off West Ham 2-0 at home and move into the Premier League's top four.

Emerson Royal and Heung-min Son were on target to lift Spurs into the Champions League spots.

The visitors remain in the relegation zone, one point off safety.

Vera Pauw has added Australian-born defender Deborah-Anne De La Harpe to her Republic of Ireland squad ahead of Wednesday's friendly against China in Spain.

She is expected to get full Fifa approval after receiving international clearance.

The 22-year-old qualifies to play for the Republic through her Antrim-born mother.

GAA

There are 12 matches in the Allianz Football League today, and just one fixture in the Hurling League.

In the football, Roscommon have beaten Armagh in their Division 1 clash. The 1-12 to 0-12 win returns the Rossies to the top of the table.

Meanwhile, Monaghan took 1-20 to 0-15 win over Donegal in the same division, while Tyrone fell to Galway, 0-16 to 0-13.

In Division 2, Kildare got a one-point win over Clare in Ennis, ending 0-16 to 0-15, and Louth breath Limerick 1-18 to 1-13.

Dublin came out on top against Cork in a drama-filled game at Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Division 2 of the Allianz League.

Cork almost won it with the final kick of the game but Brian Hurley was denied by the woodwork.

It finished Dublin 0-18, Cork 2-10, a 2 point win for the men in blue.

In the only hurling fixture of the day, Meath bested Donegal in Division 2B, ending 1-23 to 0-16.
