A pedestrian has been hospitalised after a collision with a bus in Dublin on Wednesday.

The incident happened at around 11:20am on Wendesday morning on Lower Abbey Street in the city centre.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The road, which had been closed for a period of time, has since reopened to traffic.
