Outdoor Yoga is the new ‘hip’ thing to do at the weekend and here in Cork we are spoilt for choice.
From Douglas to Ballincollig, Blackrock to Fitzgerald’s Park, there is a spot for you to downward dog and here are the details.
Yoga in Douglas:
Every Saturdays at 10.30am, weather permitting, Sacred Body Studio hold outdoor yoga in Douglas Park on Church road.
The weekly event is in aid of the Crumlin Children's Hospital with all donations appreciated and there is also the possibility to win a Sacred Body Studio shopping bag or a coffee/tea voucher upon donation.
Yoga in Ballincollig:

The Regional Park in Ballincollig is another prime yoga location with a very popular yoga class held there every Saturday, weather permitting, by Himalaya Yoga Valley.
Every Saturday, yoga enthusiasts and novices stretch it out in aid of Pieta House (minimum donation €5) who provide therapy services for suicide and self-harm in Ireland.
The class takes place every Saturday morning from 10:15am-11:30am on the green area by the playground.
Last year, the classes saw up to 200 people practising the ancient art form and this year has proved just as popular.
